Though much is kinda suspected, little is known about the health effects of spicy foods or for some they just know a little less information about it. Actually, hot spicy foods are stimulants. They stimulate the circulation and raise body temperature.
I, myself, is an avid fan or you can say lover of spicy foods. The littlest knowledge I know about spicy foods is that they can boost your metabolism and makes you sweaty. Also it can increase your appetite. :P
(Cooked Spicy tempura) Tried it for the first time. HAHA :) Im such an aspiring chef. What do we know? Maybe one day eh? Its not hard as it looks, but I’m actually in doubt about how other restaurant serve these tempura’s straight. See my version? its curled. haha I dunno, maybe they use some sort of a utensil to hold it straight while frying. :)
Anther spicy food that I loved. This really is my favorite of all time. Ramyun. My OWN version. I dont eat much veggies in a noodles. Haha If you think of a spicy food, what comes first in your mind? Me, This. HAHA Korean foods are known to be the foods of all spices. :)
Tried chicken nuggets with spicy breading, its easy as abc to cook this. :) It kinda looks burned. HAHA Sorry about that. :) Im not a super great cook for al you know. But I wish I was. :P I do love to eat and that’s why I continuously gaining weight. :( It’s sad though I wanted to loose weight because some of my clothes cant fit me na. Ok stop about weight and such, lets get back to FOOD.
To top it all off. Health effects of spicy foods? It doesn’t really matter, as long as you know how to control what you take inside your body. We all know balance diet or balanced eating is the best way to get rid of health effects and or problems that we might get when we eat. :) hope you guys learn something. :D
